About the role of Administrator As an Administrator in the Claims Assessment team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the claims process and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Providing administrative support to the Claims Team ✔ Speaking with policyholders, suppliers, and internal departments about claims ✔ Accurately recording customer interactions in the CRM system ✔ Applying critical thinking to assess and process insurance claims ✔ Creating spreadsheets and reports What we’re looking for in an Administrator. ✅ Experience in administration, customer service, call centres, or insurance ✅ Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills ✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities ✅ Great organisational skills to manage workloads efficiently ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ A curious mindset with tenacity and research skills (Previous experience in insurance claims or knowledge of motor/home insurance is a bonus but not essential.)
