Since September 2023, we’ve been working hard to revitalize the public green spaces of Bletchley and Fenny Stratford by increasing mowing frequency, tackling long-standing neglect, and making a real difference to our community. Now, we’re looking for another dedicated team member to help us take this work even further.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced landscape or grounds operative to join a close-knit, hardworking team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our parks and public spaces looking their best—somewhere the whole community can enjoy and take pride in. What we’re looking for:
1. A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards and careful working
2. Experience in grounds maintenance, including grass, shrubs, hedges, and trees
3. Ideally, certifications for relevant landscape equipment
4. Willingness to learn and keep improving your skills
5. A friendly and supportive team player
