* Reporting to the Sous Chef, working collaboratively with the teams in different catering outlets regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards Preparing food for military dining facilities and Hospitality events Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks Undertake relevant training as required.
Relevant culinary qualification Previous experience of working in a kitchen Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning) Excellent team player and communicator DBS and security checks required
Annual salary of £21,896.50, working full time - 35 hours per week (5 days over 7 including weekends on a rota basis). Shifts run between 06:30 until 20:30 with discounted meals whilst on shift.
