Our Client, a thriving Company based in Wolverhampton,is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to take the lead in sales account management, order processing and stock management. The successful candidate will interrogate the system, update records and accurately process orders for a range of trade customers using a variety of customer portals to ensure an exceptional level of service is provided.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be self-motivated, proactive, have excellent organisational skills, enjoy solving problems and have strong IT skills with the ability to work between multiple systems/ portals simultaneously.
This is a genuine opportunity to develop your career within a growing Company. Whilst there is no direct line management responsibility initially, you will be an instrumental part of delivering an exceptional level of service to customers and supporting the senior management team.
Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Administration Manager will include:-
1. Engage with trade customers; updating records and accurately process orders using Sage200.
2. Use a variety of customer portals to enable orders to be delivered according to differing customer requirements.
3. Support senior management to review data and contracts for monthly reporting and annual budgeting purposes.
4. Complete general administrative tasks.
