Position Overview
The position of Client Development Manager is to prospect and onboard new clients. To have responsibility for existing client communication and relationship building. To manage clients on a day-to-day basis and ensure that their briefs and strategy are being met within agreed service level agreements and timescales.
Structure
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will also build strong relationships with: -
* The Technical Team
* The Paid Team
* The Content and Social Media Team
* The Senior Management Team
* The Administration and Finance Team
Key responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline for prospective clients. This includes creating and managing a prospect database
* Be responsible for handling new business enquiries
* Building good relationships with agency partners. Be active and authoritative on Social Media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
* Improve and develop processes to engage with new prospective clients and partners
* Assist with organising and participating in prospect presentations and pitches when required
* Drive Zelst brand values to all contacts and work closely with the team internally to ensure delivery of our brand promise
* Through continual innovation and superior customer service delivery, ensure that our high standards of customer service are delivered to improve client experience and aid in client retention
