We are currently working with a nationwide Law firm to assist them in expanding their Customer Service Team. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for the right candidate to embark on and develop a career in Law. Responsibilities:
The overall purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all prospective customers. You will provide an empathetic ear while taking the details of the claim for the customer, assessing its prospects of success, and submitting to the insurers.
1. Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone
2. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
3. Accurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim details
4. Assess the potential success of the claim
5. Effectively identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claim
6. Conduct yourself with empathy and professionalism at all times whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
7. Pro-actively communicate with our customers to assist them in beginning their claim
8. Assist the Fee Earners with tasks as required
Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 GCSE's - Maths and English are essential
2. Experience of working within a fast-paced customer-centric environment is desirable
