You will be responsible for assessing eligibility, maintaining customer relations, and scheduling surveyor appointments for qualified customers. What your role will look like: Lead Entry and Initial Contact Qualification Assessment Documentation and Eligibility Confirmation Surveyor Appointment Scheduling Survey and Installation Handoff Key Responsibilities: Contact clients eligible for energy efficiency grants under ECO4 and GBIS schemes. Chase required documentation and source necessary information for grant processing. Provide customer service, guiding clients through their options and application processes. Process client applications and ensure all information is accurately recorded and updated. Liaise with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Offer clear advice to customers regarding available grants and energy-saving solutions.
