A long-established hospitality business based in Inverness is looking for a full-time Manager to join their team.
As part of a small, dynamic group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this fast-paced business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management Team while maintaining the autonomy to run the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead a team.
* Trustworthy and able to work effectively under pressure.
* A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude, capable of multitasking.
* Strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
* General housekeeping and management of counter assistants, including rota management.
* Knowledge in stock control and ordering.
* Apply sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to uphold a 5-star hygiene rating.
* Experience in training and mentoring staff.
* An expectation to be part of the front of house team on a daily basis.
* A positive working environment.
Additional Information:
* Previous experience is essential.
* References required.
* Hours: 40-45 hours per week.
* Salary up to £38k (based on experience).
