Salary: £39,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:30 (1615 finish on Friday) Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30. Enjoy every other Friday off work

What you will do:
* Supporting the central EMCOR compliance auditors to ensure audit actions are properly issued, actioned, and closed out.
* Lead auditor within the account specific audit regime which includes facilitating audits and management of timely close out of all corrective and preventative actions.
* Root cause analysis specialized leading on formal RCA sessions with both internal teams and client/customer representatives.
* Working with the EMCOR site operational team to provide guidance and support to ensure actions are closed out in a timely manner.
* Collaborating with the technical managers to implement a compliance dashboard and update, to ensure the accuracy of data maintained.
* Ensure that changes in legislation is captured and procedures amended accordingly.
* Ensure work is performed in adherence with company policies, procedures and standards and Health and Safety legislation and statutory regulations to maintain the integrity of operational activities and safety of employees and provide high quality service to customers.
* To work alongside the wider compliance team to ensure formal site meetings are attended with the Client in a prepared and professional manner.
* To perform other duties as may be reasonably requested.
Person Specification
What you will need:
* Proven experience successfully delivering a similar role.
* Qualified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (Desirable).
* Driven and Proactive Individual who uses initiative and can take ownership.
* Knowledge and Experience of Facilities Management preferred.
* Results focused and strategic with good attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience of working within a regulated environment or within JSP framework advantageous.
* IOSH/NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent) advantageous.
* Full UK driving license and requirement to travel.
