APPRENTICESHIP TRAINER(S) OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (Business Administration, Customer Service, Accounts/Finance Assistant) - REF 250278 Up to £32,685 p.a. The School of Apprenticeships and Adult Learning has a vacancy for a Trainer or Trainers to join our successful team in guiding learners through their Professional Studies apprenticeship journeys. You will be responsible for apprentices studying Business Administration up to Level 3, and/or Customer Services up to Level 3 and/or AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 2. You will be passionate about the value of apprenticeships and be committed to driving up standards in an area of provision where achievement rates are mostly well above national averages, and learner and employer satisfaction levels are also high. The ideal candidate(s) will have industry experience and recent professional development in one or more of these areas or a related field, with the excellent organisation and time management skills needed to manage a diverse caseload spread across around thirty employer partners. You may also have a proven track-record as a successful apprenticeship Trainer, or other comparable training experience, although we would support the right candidate in transitioning to this role. You would be joining a department offering a range of Apprenticeship standards and Adult courses, committed to working with employers and help learners launch and develop fulfilling and successful careers.
