Change Manager - CMS transformation12 Months Contract Inside IR35 Remote/Hybrid Bankside My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit a Change Manager - CMS transformation Project to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. Please note if successful this position will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE. We're seeking an experienced and pragmatic Change Manager to lead the change management workstream for a major website rebuild and migration programme within a global healthcare FMCG business. This programme will transform the digital presence of our consumer health brands, consolidating platforms, improving UX, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and end users. Key Responsibilities Ability/ experience working with an SI partner to deliver through them: A tailored change management and training strategy and plan for the website rebuild and content migration programme. Change impact assessments to understand how changes will affect different business units and roles. Partnering with project teams, digital leads, and global brand teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging. Designing and executing stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans to support adoption. Identifying potential risks and resistance and developing mitigation tactics to ensure smooth transition. Supporting content owners and business users in adopting new CMS tools, workflows, and governance processes. Tracking change readiness and adoption metrics; adjusting interventions based on feedback and insights. Advocating for the end-user experience and ensuring ongoing support post-launch. Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering change management for digital or web transformation projects (CMS, content migration, UX redesign, etc.). Understanding of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and digital project lifecycles. Process management to help with cutover and associated activities Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across global matrix organizations. Ability to translate complex technical change into clear, user-friendly communications and training. Familiarity with FMCG or healthcare environments is highly desirable. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Regulatory, Legal, Consumer Insights).
