What your day will look like
4. Engaging with customers over the phone, email, and in the clinic to answer enquiries, provide product information, and offer personalised solutions.
5. Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists.
6. Assisting customers in navigating our range of cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
7. Resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience that leaves a lasting positive impression.
8. Local marketing engagement to promote your clinic.
9. Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)
10. Casual role (15 hours per week) based between 3 clinics - Albany Creek, Capalaba and Ipswich clinic
What you bring
11. Prior experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health environment.
12. Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to pick up multiple programs with ease (CRM, phone, appointment book management)
13. A proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment
14. High attention to detail with a solid administration background and a strong team player
15. A positive and team-orientated attitude with the ability to work autonomously
