Role Overview: The Head of Defense Systems Operations will spearhead a specialized unit dedicated to the practical application, technical support, logistics, and operational deployment of drone, cruise missiles, loitering munitions, and anti-drone systems. This role is pivotal in managing the entire lifecycle of systems, from equipment setup, programming, and control to launch operations. Key Responsibilities: Unit Leadership: Establish and lead a unit specializing in the deployment and operation of our drone, cruise missiles, loitering munitions, and anti-drone systems. Technical and Operational Support: Oversee technical support and logistics, ensuring the systems are ready for deployment and use according to client needs and contract specifications. Strategic Deployment: Plan and execute the deployment of systems in conflict zones, managing risks and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of operations. Client Liaison: Work directly with clients, including defense ministries and corporations, to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet their requirements.
