Job Title: Sales Order Process Administrator

Due to progressive growth, an opportunity has become available for a Sales Order Process Administrator to join our team. In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to:
1. Daily monitoring of the shared Sales Order Processing inbox
2. Use our bespoke computerised MRP system to fully process sales orders and expedite as appropriate
3. Work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure the correct dispatch of all customer orders
4. Provide effective and timely, day to day administrative support to the sales team
5. Work collaboratively with other internal teams and customers to deliver the best solution for the business
Working Hours: Single shift pattern, Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1630 and Friday 0800 - 1530
The Person:
The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing. Applicants should therefore possess the following attributes:
1. Team player with good communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude
2. Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
3. Ability to be creative, logical, and practical with a keen interest in technology
4. Must be smart and well presented
5. You will be naturally hard-working, results focused, and enthusiastic
6. Proficient with MS Office and have good general telephone and computer skills
7. Must be flexible in approach, willing to take on other tasks and be responsive to changing demands and situations
