Role Overview:
Primarily based in Aberdeen, with travel to various sites, you will lead the execution of high-voltage projects. Your technical knowledge and leadership will be pivotal in delivering top-notch client service and setting new industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead onsite termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.
* Provide technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes.
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with QA and HSE requirements.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
* Develop and maintain strong team relationships and empower subordinates.
* Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE Management Systems.
* Write comprehensive reports and attend client visits to provide technical support.
Experience:
* Essential: Proven track record in leading onsite delivery of HV IAC and Fibre Optic T&T for the renewables industry, preferably offshore.
* Preferred: Experience in electrical installations or maintenance for offshore O&G installations and within the project environment.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive with strong quality focus and the ability to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision.
