WHSprint- IT Graduate Programme

WHSprint, our 27-month IT Graduate Programme is designed for driven, passionate post-graduates who are looking to fast track their career with a leading global travel retailer.
Throughout WHSprint you will complete four rotations, across our four divisions in the IT Team (Delivery, Service, Information Security and Architecture) gaining hands-on experience in these areas contributing to impactful projects and learning along the way.
Before your rotations begin, you’ll undergo a comprehensive and immersive induction including a store placement to build a strong foundation in how our business operates. You’ll also benefit from tailored training, mentoring, and ongoing development opportunities to support your growth throughout the programme.
During your rotations, you will:
* Gain experience across key functions including Delivery, Service, Information Security and Architecture.
* Contribute to key projects and ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights that enhance business processes.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
* Participate actively in team discussions, contributing ideas, and proposing solutions to challenges.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and apply your knowledge to drive innovation.

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for someone who has a clear passion for Technology, Software or Cyber, who is ambitious, driven, and eager to take on challenges.
About You:
* A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Technology, Maths, Engineering or Sciences.
* Great use of logical thinking and excellent problem solver.
* Ability to look at current processes and making recommendations to improve.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A genuine interest to work in the Retail industry.
* Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
Location:
You will be based in our Swindon office (3 days per week)
