Role overview
The Project Coordinator Associate is part-time role within the Project Management Organization support digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans
7. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reporting
9. Responsible for track expense, forecast costs, and provide reports on the financial status of projects
10. Ensure resource allocation is efficient
11. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
12. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are covered
13. Facilitate meeting logistics in meeting preparation and in follow-ups
14. Manage third party vendors in term of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.
Qualifications:
15. 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
16. Basic understanding of project management
17. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
18. Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and highly self-motivated
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
20. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
21. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
