Global Legal Directories & Awards Manager, Glasgow
Kennedys is seeking a Global Legal Directories & Awards Manager to join our Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications and the Global BD&M Leadership team to develop and execute a legal directories & awards strategy, managing the directories and awards submission processes globally.

Team
The BD&M team promotes Kennedys' services, supporting the firm's global growth and key client relationships across five regions: APAC, EMEA, LATAM, UK, and the US. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications and works closely with various global functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the global legal directories and awards submission program, collaborating with regional BD&M teams.
2. Engage stakeholders across the network to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategic priorities.
3. Develop policies, processes, and guidance for global consistency.
4. Establish infrastructure for tracking deadlines, standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and sharing rankings and quotes.
5. Provide editorial support and quality control for submissions.
6. Draft submissions for directories and awards as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with data sharing and privacy regulations.
8. Manage relationships with legal directory and awards providers.
9. Oversee the firm's award submission process to enhance our firm's profile.
Required Experience
* Experience managing legal directories programs is essential; experience with awards programs is desirable.
* Background in business development/marketing within professional services is required.
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
* Proven leadership, influencing skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual global team are important.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver tangible outcomes.
