About our Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a teacher and qualified Senco who will join a forward thinking SEND team within a supportive and effective senior leadership team. We are expanding our SEND team, currently comprised of AHT Inclusion & Assessment, AHT SENCO, x2 SEN administrators to include an additional SENCO Post. If you are an inspirational, highly motivated and talented practitioner keen to help our school as it continues to deliver excellent educational opportunities, then we would like to hear from you.
This is an opportunity for a SENCO or Assistant SENCO who actively collaborates in an ambitious team to deliver high quality provision tailored to the needs and goals of our children.
We are seeking to appoint a practitioner who is:
· Passionate about high quality personalised provision for children with autism.
· Has experience as a SENCO and is familiar with associated statutory requirements and timeframes e.g. Annual Reviews, EHCP consultations
· An excellent teacher with experience or expertise in working with pupils with complex needs in a special or mainstream setting.
· Will be an excellent role model, especially encouraging positive relationships with everyone they come into contact with.
· Equipped with strong inter-personnel needs.
· A resilient practitioner committed to further development.
· Someone who loves working closely with others to change things for the better.
