Service Administrator/Coordinator Mansfield up to £28k

My client is looking for a highly organised individual who can follow the process, but is also happy to challenge and ask questions where required. Ideally, with experience of working in an IT department or other service delivery team and a good communicator who can deal with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
Your new role
You will support the Digital Services team, performing service reviews with customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing any changes to the systems and ensuring compliance is met.
2. Supporting the IT team with procurement of equipment.
3. Dealing with in-house suppliers and providing guidance and assistance on the service desk.
4. Managing customer and supplier relations.
5. Escalating any issues to the manager.
6. Driving improvements.
7. Gathering statistics.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience dealing with suppliers and an excellent knowledge of business systems and processes are required. Additionally, you should possess:
1. Skills in planning and scheduling work.
2. Excellent report writing skills.
3. Team working skills.
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
