In this role, you will utilise your knowledge of Financial Promotions regulations and broader conduct and compliance standards to ensure our Financial Promotions meet regulatory requirements while remaining customer-centric. You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams, provide clear guidance, conduct quality reviews, and facilitate training sessions. You will work on new product launches and new initiatives to help grow the business with a high level of exposure to Senior Management. There will also be the opportunity to work on other aspects of compliance across a range of advisory and review areas. You will be part of a team that is always looking to improve the structure and processes within the business to become as efficient as possible as we support business growth and bring new products to market. The role will grow with the firm and will suit a candidate with the ambition to progress their career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will: Manage financial promotions compliance by reviewing and approving a diverse range of communications, including advertising, marketing campaigns, product launches, digital and social media content, and client communications. Identify areas for improvement within financial promotions processes, delivering targeted training and updating policies and procedures to support compliance across the business. Provide clear and practical regulatory advice to stakeholders, helping ensure financial promotion processes comply with evolving industry standards and business objectives. Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to offer pragmatic compliance guidance on new initiatives, strategic projects, and regulatory developments. Oversee key compliance controls, assessing their effectiveness and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and mitigate regulatory risks. Act as a key compliance advisor to teams at all levels, providing constructive oversight and challenge to support informed decision-making and regulatory adherence. Contribute to the broader compliance function by supporting regulatory initiatives and assisting with the delivery of Freetrade’s compliance programme. About you: Strong knowledge of UK financial services regulations and practical working knowledge of Consumer Duty and Financial Promotions rules (essential). Experience working in a financial promotions role, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and independently approving a range of communications. An interest in financial services regulation and are passionate about delivering good outcomes to customers. Strong communication skills and thrive in working cross-functionally across the firm. The ability to influence people of all grades to deliver the right outcomes for clients.
