AQA are looking for Temporary Administrators to join our specialised payroll team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our examiners are paid correctly and on time by using your attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic. An understanding of Payroll processes is desirable but not essential.
Duties will include:
1. Handling internal and external customer queries relating to payments
2. Escalating enquiries to the appropriate internal teams
3. Ensuring that all processes are executed on time, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
From day one we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped and trained. You will also have access to our internal jobs board, from which almost 50% of our permanent roles are filled.

Hourly rate: 13.10 p/h
