Post Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
(One Year Fixed Term with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £23,100.00 - £26,460 per annum for full time dependent on experience
Working hours: Preferred work pattern is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm on site at our Headquarters on Manor Lane but part time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

You will provide executive support for the CEO, focusing on managing their schedule, keeping things running smoothly, and coordinating communications both inside and outside the organisation.
You will handle sensitive information, manage correspondence, and act as a key point of contact for Board Directors, senior leaders, and important external partners. From organising Board and Leadership team meetings and taking minutes to keeping governance records up to date, your work will ensure everything stays on track.
You will also play a lead role in governance projects that need an eye for detail and strong project management skills such as maintaining legal compliance, contracting, managing insurance policies, and special corporate projects like ESG accreditation and intellectual property protection. Prioritising urgent tasks, solving problems effectively, and keeping things efficient will be at the heart of what you do.
Beyond that, you’ll support a whole range of exciting external facing initiatives in areas like public affairs and marketing, all while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills, have high levels of emotional intelligence and integrity with the ability to build strong relationships of trust with senior decision makers. A proactive attitude, and a proven ability to stay ahead of challenges are essential.
