The Finance Manager will oversee crucial financial processes, supporting cash flow, compliance, and timely business information. Responsibilities include managing the finance team, leading month-end processes, generating ad hoc reports, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, purchase ledger, and cash management.
* Lead the month-end close process and generate ad hoc reports.
* Review and enhance systems and processes for efficiency.
* Manage stock holding and ensure VAT compliance.
* Liaise and coordinate the year-end audit.
* Train and develop team members for smooth processes.
* Contribute to financial strategy decisions.
Requirements:
* Strong team player with commercial awareness.
* Proficient in company systems and processes.
* Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
