Your Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—driving efficiency, maintaining top-quality standards, and achieving financial success. From managing repairs to optimizing workflows and mentoring your team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate a team of skilled accident repair specialists, including panel beaters, MET technicians, and paint sprayers.
* Ensure repairs meet or exceed manufacturer and industry standards.
* Drive profitability by managing budgets, resources, and costs effectively.
* Build strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and customers.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
* Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across the bodyshop.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of accident repair processes and industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in bodyshop management software.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational results.
