The home is an absolutely STUNNING BRAND NEW rural 3-bed Children's Learning Disability home in Chippenham. My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to be involved from day one, recruiting their own staff team, welcoming new children and opening the home.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a genuinely FANTASTIC provider of Children's Services who believe in looking after their staff and really working together collaboratively as a team. They even have "feel good Fridays" where the staff and kids go and do activities such as laser tag and paddle-boarding!
Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Salary: up to £52,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people. A Deputy Manager with over 2 years of experience will be considered.

Requirements:
* NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services)
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
* Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
* Experience in a residential children's home environment
* Full UK driving licence
