As an Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting residents with complex mental health and dementia care needs. Working within a skilled and compassionate team, you will use your clinical expertise to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.

* A Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN) with a valid NMC registration
* A passion for person-centred care and improving the lives of older adults
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
* Administer medication safely and effectively
* Monitor residents’ health and respond to any changes or concerns
* Lead and support care staff, promoting a positive team culture
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
* Provide emotional and professional support to residents and their families
