As Head of Group Bids, you will lead the Group Bids team, managing the end-to-end bid process to secure new business and support client retention strategies.
You will play a key role in driving the organisation's growth by developing compelling, high-quality proposals and managing a range of complex opportunities.
This role will also involve establishing a group-wide bids function to support tenders across multiple companies within the wider group.
Day to Day
Lead the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid reviews.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Bids team to deliver high-quality proposals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create bespoke, client-centric bid responses.
Drive continuous improvement across bid processes, content libraries, and internal systems.
Develop and deliver compelling renewal strategies to support client retention.
