Due to exciting growth, our Client, a leading, commercial, multi-site organisation in the County Tyrone area is keen to recruit a People & Events Administrator. This is a fixed term contract for a 12 month duration .
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the successful People & Events Administrator will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee experience. Working with all aspects of the business, the People & Events Administrator will drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
This is a really interesting opportunity for a HR, L&D or Marketing orientated professional with solid coordination experience with employee engagement initiatives and event management.
The Role
* Enhance culture and organise employee initiatives. Project manage a range of cultural activities and events and encourage cultural engagement and wellbeing
* Project manage a number of events eg lunches, coffee mornings, Summer and Christmas parties etc
* Ensure all engagement activity is aligned with the department strategy to include activities such as recruitment, induction and learning and development
* Provide exceptional employee experience
* Responsible for engagement metrics and data
* Provide an exceptional employee wellbeing experience
* Identify engagement trends through the delivery of company wide surveys and feedback methods and help create corrective action and communication plans
* Support the ongoing management of the Culture and Sponsorship budget
* Design and implement community, education and outreach programmes
* Designand execute onboarding programs
* Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process
* Design, coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee’s skills and competencies
* Support the performance management process and work with Managers to develop
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
The Person
* 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline
* 2 years experience in a HR, L&D or Marketing roles
* 2 years experience in event coordination and administration
* Experience of managing multiple projects in a busy environment
* Experience of budget management
* Expert in building strong stakeholder relationships
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people.
