3. Provide cross-coverage within Medical Records during annual leave periods.

Person Specification
Knowledge:
1. Computer literate, with 1 year experience of using a keyboard.
2. Knowledge of PAS and NHS in general, ideally at least 3 years.
3. RSA11 or ECDL.
Qualifications:
1. Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent).
2. IHRIM certificate or equivalent or willingness to complete.
3. NVQ in Customer Care.
Further Training:
1. Supervisory training including HR.
Contractual Requirements:
1. Regular attendance and willingness to work flexibly in terms of hours as necessary and across the different sites of the trust.
Experience:
1. 2 year minimum clerical experience.
2. 1 year customer care experience.
3. Supervisory experience.
