Job Description
The opportunity
Our property project management team requires high calibre project managers to support our projects in the South West and South Wales.
Our current sector workload includes commercial, concert arenas, local authorities, data centres, transportation, development sites, logistics, health, education, defence, digital, and manufacturing.
You will be self-motivated and will enjoy working face to face with Clients and supporting a T&T team for the delivery of our projects. The successful applicant will be given opportunities to develop themselves within our dynamic business.
The role
* A Project Manager will:
* Play a key role in the delivery of large projects
* Successfully manage their own projects
* Engage directly with the client
* Support the project team and client stakeholders
* Engage with the wider market.
Qualifications
* Ideally Degree qualified plus professional qualification.
* Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate Project Management
* Competent in contract administration
* Working towards a professional qualification via a relevant professional body e.g. RICS, APM, ICE, or CIOB.
