This role is for an Admin Support in a Not For Profit environment, who will be a crucial team member within the Secretarial & Business Support department in Liverpool. Description Providing administrative assistance to various departments. Coordinating and maintaining records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company credit cards and office keys. Creating and modifying documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software. Conducting research, compiling data and preparing papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive Director, staff and Board of Trustees. Establishing, developing, maintaining and updating filing system for the Executive Director and the senior management team. Retrieving information from files when needed. Organising and prioritising large volumes of information and calls. Handling confidential and non-routine information. Profile A successful Admin Support should have: A strong background in administrative roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks. A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
