The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating bookings, ensuring efficiency and high quality service. Manage and coordinate all booking requests for housing services. Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information. Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide necessary information. Liaise with housing officers and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle enquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings. Prepare and distribute booking schedules and reports. Assist in the development and implementation of booking procedures and policies. Provide administrative support to the housing team as needed.
