We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Lines Account Handler to join our friendly and hard-working team.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Provide a complete professional service to prospects and clients regarding quotations, adjustments, renewals, and claims for all classes of personal lines insurance.
2. Deliver the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention while working towards business growth and common business goals, maintaining regulatory compliance at all times.
3. Process renewals and new business quotations.
4. Work with individuals to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right cover.
5. Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurate.
6. Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
7. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and support the development of colleagues.

About you:
1. You’ll have insurance experience and be looking to take the next step in your career.
2. You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel, and wider broking platforms (Open GI / Acturis ideally).
3. You should be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and possess a skill set that includes strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales, and IT skills.
