Legal Operations Administrator
SSQ are working with a leading global insurer seeking a senior legal operations specialist to join their Leeds team. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative and PA support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and team support to the legal function.
2. Manage diaries, meetings, and travel logistics for senior stakeholders.
3. Oversee document preparation, invoicing, and budget tracking.
4. Act as a Legal Tech super user, supporting system adoption and improvements.
5. Assist with board and committee materials, company secretarial tasks, and training coordination.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in legal administration or CoSec support.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage).
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
