The key responsibilities for Payroll Officer are as follows:
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines.
* Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems.
* Monitor statutory payments.
* Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required.
* Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems.
* Administer end-to-end payroll processes and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
* Address payroll-related queries from clients.
* Provide first-line support for pay-related queries.
* Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
* Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub.
* Build strong client relationships.
