* Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, from managing supplies to keeping processes effective.
* Client Liaison: Confidently communicate with clients and suppliers, handling queries with professionalism and charm.
* Organisation Guru: Effectively manage and maintain key records.
* Problem Solver: Tackle issues head-on and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
What We’re Looking For
* A super-organised multitasker who thrives in a busy environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets).
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
* Someone confident, proactive, and able to prioritise, delegate, and stay calm under pressure.
* A friendly, proactive attitude and attention to detail, and top-notch gatekeeping skill.
