We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Lead to join our Service Delivery team.
GROWTH
Generating new young person referrals to our service through a range of initiatives to connect with schools, local authorities and other commissioners.
1. Attending networking or recruitment events as a delegate or exhibitor.
2. Building close relationships with our partners: local authorities, schools, parents, and professional services to promote togetherness and achieve the aims of the young people we support.
3. Working with the Partnerships team to write and submit Tender & Procurement bids to a deadline.
4. Overall responsibility for the utilisation of Practitioners across the region.
QUALITY
1. Meeting with commissioners to report on intervention progress, forecast future needs and gather feedback.
2. Lead on Safeguarding across the region as the RDSL (Regional Designated Safeguarding Lead).
3. Overall responsibility for the quality of interventions in the region.
4. Line management of Assistant Regional Leads within the region through supervision, team meetings, weekly 1-1s, and quarterly Performance Reviews.
5. Ensuring that the wider learning and development needs across the region are met so that Practitioners deliver the highest quality.
6. Interviewing and inducting new Practitioners in the region.
7. Adhering to key relevant standards as outlined by Nudge Education, Nudge Minds, Department of Education, and any other relevant agency.
8. Investigating conduct concerns or complaints.
CONNECTIVITY
1. Fostering a community of skilled, like-minded professionals driven by Nudge Values to achieve our mission.
2. Delivering a regional Connectivity Calendar, including Team Building Days and social events.
3. Collaborating effectively with other teams across Nudge Education and Nudge Minds.
Requirements:
* Demonstrates best practice and upholds the values of the organisation at all times.
* Uses designated systems to record and report on activities within set timescales.
* Follows appropriate channels of communication.
* Communicates regularly with Service Leads and Directors.
* Is present with teams, both online and in-person.
* Accurately reports key data as requested.

Key details of the role:
* Location: Head Office, Newcastle Upon Tyne
* Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm (Hybrid working, 3 days office-based per week)
* Contract Duration: Permanent
* Reporting to: Director of Partnerships & Service Delivery
* Responsible for: Assistant Regional Leads
