About the Role
We now have an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team in the post of HR Officer. Managing and delivering the day to day HR functions, you will report to the HR Manager and lead on ensuring support is provided to staff across the Trust, while ensuring that the Trust values are aligned and embedded in policy and procedure. The team currently consists of a HR Director, HR Manager, HR Assistant and a Governance Manager who supports with payroll and Single Central Record Audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice with demonstrable experience as a HR generalist across the whole employee lifecycle including, but not limited to, Recruitment, Policy, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Contracts, Talent Management, Reward. Candidates must have experience of providing professional advisory service, support, advice, and guidance to school’s and Trust level within The Heath Family (NW) Multi Academy Trust.
