Reward Specialist – Join Our Team We’re on the lookout for a Reward Specialist to join our clients HR team in Bristol, Exeter, Cheltenham, or London. In this role, you’ll help shape our reward and benefits strategy, ensuring they are the employer of choice for both current and future talent. Here’s what you’ll do: Key Responsibilities: Drive their reward programs, creating competitive packages that attract and motivate top talent. Support the full cycle of their salary review, from project planning and benchmarking to advising HR stakeholders. Roll out and manage bonus schemes for employees and partners. Conduct benefits reviews and market scans to keep their offering in line with industry standards and EVP. Work closely with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners. Review and authorize monthly payroll for accuracy and compliance. Lead HR reporting, generating regular and ad-hoc data insights. Ensure our HR system is up-to-date, and support its ongoing development. Oversee statutory reporting, such as gender pay gap analysis.
