Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant (not limited to): Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch. Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence. Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. What We’re Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants: Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into industrial recruitment.
