Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are seeking motivated, dynamic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank, who will complement our current experienced and specialist workforce, who are passionate about providing optimal care for our patients.
Main duties of the job
Our Trust is looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience in a Hospital, Residential or Care home setting who are able to work effectively in a variety of different wards and departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be committed to demonstrating our Trusts CARE values.

Training & Qualifications
Essential
13. Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
14. Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
15. The Care Certificate
Desirable
16. NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social Care or working towards an award
17. ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English not first language)
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
18. Experience in a public facing/customer care role or environment
19. A minimum of 12 months care experience

20. Previous experience in a Health/Health and Social Care role
21. Previous NHS experience / Understanding of NHS/Social care systems
