We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Tenant Liaison Co-ordinator. In this role, you will assist Managers, Surveyors, and contractors in providing top-notch asset management services to residents. About the Role Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day repairs, planned, cyclical, and project works, while serving as the main point of contact for our customers. Additionally, you will manage the daily activities of the Tenant Liaison Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% compliance with annual gas and 5-year electrical testing programmes, managing access and legal processes. Provide regular updates on gas and electric compliance to key stakeholders. Lead meetings with contractors on non-access cases for servicing checks. Liaise with residents to ensure smooth execution of major works. Maintain audit compliance on Health and Safety risks. Address customer feedback and manage complaints efficiently. Conduct tenant visits to assist with complaints and consultations. Manage asset data to support service performance. Lead and guide the Tenant Liaison Coordinator to ensure high-quality service and tenant satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in delivering housing services and excellent customer service. Strong report and letter writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to build effective partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills to manage workload and meet performance targets. Patience and tact in resolving complaints. Calm and approachable demeanour under pressure. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Hold a full current UK driving licence and provide a suitably insured vehicle for use in connection with the duties of the role. DBS Check required.
