Job Title: Family Law Solicitor

Our client, a well-established legal practice in Northampton, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their Family Law Team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Divorce: Managing divorce proceedings from initiation to conclusion, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout.
2. Property and Finances: Providing expert advice on financial settlements and property matters, working toward favorable outcomes for clients.
3. Children Issues: Representing clients in matters concerning child arrangements, including residence and contact.
4. Trusts of Land: Advising clients on property trusts and land-related issues.
5. Pre/Post-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements: Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
6. Non-Molestation Applications: Handling cases involving domestic violence or harassment, providing sensitive and effective representation.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
1. Qualified Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level.
2. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently, from initial instruction through to conclusion.
3. For candidates at the senior level, experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior solicitors or team members is preferred.
4. Strong client-handling skills, with an empathetic approach and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
5. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
