Responsibilities:
1. Draft and issue documentation and letters for all employee-related matters.
2. Support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
3. Perform any other duties assigned by line manager and Head of HR.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working as part of an HR team in a dynamic and busy HR environment.
2. Demonstrable experience and understanding of strict confidentiality.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and act courteously.
4. IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Able to work on own initiative and under pressure, prioritise workload, and function as a team member.
6. Possession of a UK driving licence is essential due to the need to attend various locations within the organisation.
