We operate services across the Yorkshire and Warwickshire area that specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex trauma on their journeys through life and in the community. For this role, we will provide an annual salary of up to £40,000 plus many more great benefits!
What the role involves
1. Leading a team of advisors and administrators providing coaching and direction on matters regarding the People We Employ.
2. Project leading, owning and communicating the ‘people plan’ which is critical to quality delivery.
3. Coaching and developing managers and business leaders on relevant employment law and HR best practices.
4. Owning and developing competitive reward propositions.
5. Ensuring our policies are compliant with UK employment law.
6. Analysing data to recommend and provide insights.
7. Partnering with services to manage KPIs of attrition, absence, and engagement.
8. Handling higher-level ER case management where applicable.
9. Benchmarking compensation packages against industry standards and recommending adjustments to remain competitive within the market.
What we are looking for
1. A caring and compassionate nature towards people.
2. Able to role model and demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives, and culture of the organisation.
3. Someone who holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification (essential).
4. Experience of working in a people-facing role within a Health and Social Care environment.
5. Experience of leading an operational team to successful outcomes.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
7. Someone who holds a full UK driving license.
