Our client BAE Systems, operating within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Barrow-in-Furness. This role supports non-engineering functions and requires on-site presence two days a week. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing data using advanced Excel skills. Extracting, analysing, and manipulating data to meet customer requirements. Utilising local toolsets, BIT Portal for pulling reports, and viewing SAP. Potentially working with Teamcenter for data management. Ensuring data is safely recorded and stored using relevant management systems. Taking actions at meetings and participating where required. Liaising confidently with robust and sometimes challenging contacts. Articulating information logically and concisely to various audiences. Job Requirements: Good command of English grammar. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Experience with digital communication mediums. Good problem-solving skills with an understanding of procedures and solutionising capabilities. Effective planning and organisational skills with SMART time management. Experience in providing an administrative service. Qualifications: Good standard of general education. Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent (Preferred).
