We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, IT Skills in Microsoft Office and a knowledge in SystmOne. The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. You will have a willingness to learn and develop with the role under the supervision of the Admin Team Lead & Therapy Managers.
Main duties of the job
As Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Therapy team. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, Data Cleansing, and handling enquiries.
You will be the point of contact for patients, so excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care is also crucial in this role.
In addition, you will work closely with managers, clinicians, and other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of the Therapy services we provide. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proactive approach will be key to your success in this role.
The role is in a busy and dynamic team; you will need to be responsive to change and communicate effectively. We provide a supportive environment, and you will receive regular supervision to support you with your role.

Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English to Grade C and above.
* NVQ level 2 in administration or an appropriate equivalent qualification or experience.
Experience
* Experience supporting teams or managers.
* Experience of working as a part of a team.
* Experience of supervising staff.
* Setting up and running effective office systems.
