We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing who will be crucial in shaping and promoting our ‘Go to Market’ strategy for BookFlowGo
Who are BookFlowGo?
BookFlowGo is the collective brand bringing three companies together under a single overarching B2B brand;
* Book / Parkspace; the world's leading pre-book, omni-channel platform. Grow bookings, grow revenue, and deliver best in class eCommerce functionality.
* Flow / ParkIT; the world's leading logistic operational software and consultancy services to review product mix, deliver operational excellence and grow capacity.
* Go / FGS; the leading manufacturer of bespoke self service hardware; reducing operating costs and maximising customer throughput.
Each of the platforms within BookFlowGo are autonomous, delivering mission-critical tech across the globe
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will represent all facets of the business and collaborate closely with our parent company, Holiday Extras, and our in-house creative team.
In this role, you will define and develop BookFlowGo's GTM strategy, stimulating demand for our platform across the global travel sector. You will hone our positioning and messaging for our various customer segments and your expertise in B2B marketing will help us effectively promote our brand in the sector; from capacity creation and yield optimisation to improved customer throughput.
The Role
By joining our team you’ll:
* Identify and communicate our market proposition, clearly defining key customer segments, their personas and value we can deliver.
* Develop, refine and execute the go to market plan for our platforms and customer segments in collaboration with our customer and partner executives
* Ensure our messaging accurately reflects our business tone and appropriately represents all platforms.
* Create compelling B2B content across various mediums to engage and attract partners.
* Design and deliver content: Support sales teams with impactful presentations, talks, workshops, and exhibitions.
* Develop a deep understanding of all our platforms and effectively communicate the benefits to our customers.
* Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, to grow engagement, and create positive impressions around our brands and technology.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
* Implement and manage demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
What you can bring to our team:
* Proven track record in delivering successful Go-To-Market strategies for various customer segments
* Experience producing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms, working together with the wider business to align with growth goals
* Effective leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing marketing initiatives in a b2b environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to lead marketing initiatives.
