The Opportunity: Our Business Development Representatives are the engine behind our target-smashing sales team. As a BDM, you will be at the front end of our sales cycle, generating initial interest in our software platform booking meetings for the Account Executive sales team to demonstrate the platform. No prior experience is required for this position, instead we are looking for individuals who are ambitious and sales driven. You will receive full training and support throughout your career, and our promotion structure is transparent and accessible by everyone, meaning you always know what you need to reach your next promotion. You'll manage your own business and work in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment whilst being a part of a supportive, positive, and high-energy sales team across the UK and US. The day to day: Mapping out the market to find new prospect customers Designing/Constructing sophisticated phone, email and LinkedIn campaigns to send to prospects High volume cold calling to book demos for the Account Executives Utilising the wide range of tools available to you to find new prospects - for example Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. Following up on leads to prospects, introducing the software solution and arrange meetings/demos with key decision makers for the Account Executive team Keeping a fresh pipeline of self-generated leads – adding to them on a daily basis Reporting/forecasting your prospect pipeline to Line Manager and Head of Sales Attending some of the online demos to learn how the product is demonstrated and sold so that you can progress to an Account Executive as soon as possible
